Christmas Fundraiser

Support our mission

Each year, the SJV Youth Group comes together to help our local community. Our mission is to help the most vulnerable in our community during the harsh winter season.

Our fundraiser allows us the opportunity to make hampers filled with essential items including socks, hats, gloves, personal care products and non-perishable food items. We donate these hampers to NightShift Street Ministries, an organization serving the Fraser Valley. Our goal is to make this season a little easier for our neighbours!

What began as a clothing drive has grown into an annual effort where volunteers dedicate their time each year to meet fundraising goals, purchase supplies and prepare care packages. Any amount you donate will directly help someone in need this winter!

2025 Christmas Fundraiser

Happy New Year!

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation for your generosity, which ensured the success of the 2025 SJV Youth Fundraiser. We are so thankful that you were part of our mission to give back to our community.

Through your support, we raised $6,505, which went toward providing over 250 care packages and essential supplies to NightShift Street Ministries. Each care package included personal care products, essential winter clothing items, and non-perishable food items. These packages were distributed before Christmas and are already helping vulnerable members of our local community navigate the harsh winter season.

This project would not have been possible without your support, and we are truly grateful for your generosity. Below are some pictures from our efforts and from NighShift Street Ministries. We look forward to your continued support as we grow and carry forward this mission in 2026!

Our efforts from past years!
